We ship to FedEx HUBS only for hold for pick up; NOT a FedEx Office, Pak Mail, Mail Boxes Etc. or other satellite/franchise location. We only ship within the USA.

We only ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays because it remains the safest shipping days FedEx-wise.

We ship when the weather is between 38-100°F. These guidelines are according to daytime HIGH temperatures.

When the weather is between 38-69°F on either end a heat pack is required.
When between 70-91°F, no heat pack is needed.
When between 92-100°F, no cold pack is needed.
When over 100°F we DO NOT SHIP; we will wait for cooler weather.
